MANLY United captain Bella Walker has heaped praise on early season recruit Sarah Yatim, declaring her teammate has “completely transformed” how the team play.

After a slow start to the year, United are blitzing the ladies competition, unbeaten for over two months.

On Sunday Gwynne Berry’s squad entertain Marconi, another fixture where they will fancy getting a result.

“We are confident, but we know we have to be better in a few key areas,” Walker said.

“Sarah (Yatim) has been a great pickup from the (NWS) Koalas, she is so experienced and composed.

“We are playing much better in the second half of games at the moment – so if we start well, we will be hard to beat.”

Kick-off at Cromer Park on Sunday is 3pm.
