Manly United v NWS Koalas Women’s Review

MANLY United coach Chris Williams was a content man on Sunday night at Christie Park following a 1-1 draw with NWS Koalas.

His team didn’t win, but the performance was anything but ordinary.

“I thought it was a terrific game of football and a fair result,” Williams said.

“We saw two teams who like to play attractive football go at each other from start to finish.

“For me, Ally Green, Nic Simonsen and Corinne Winkler were our standout players, but I thought overall everyone stepped up.”

Claudia Cholakian was on target for United.

This Sunday, July 7 Manly take on Illawarra Stingrays at JJ Kelly Park from 3pm.
