Manly United v Sydney Olympic FC Preview
MANLY United coach Paul Dee doesn’t believe three games within the space of seven days will be a major issue ahead of Sunday’s league tussle with Sydney Olympic FC at Cromer Park.
“It is what it is, we are still alive in two Cup competitions (Waratah Cup and FFA Cup), so we just get on with it,” he said.
“The boys were very disappointed with the Sutherland result (5-0 loss) last weekend, to be honest we never recovered after Travis Oughtred was sent off early.
“Olympic will be another good challenge, like us, they have a skinny squad in terms of numbers.
“They are starting to click into gear, and they are a quality side looking to defend their title.
“We are happy to be the outsiders, the boys know what they have to do.
“Thankfully it is at home, playing at Belmore would have been tough.”
Kick-off is 3pm.
