Siemsen on target for golden boot
High flying Manly United travel to the North Turramurra Recreational Area on Sunday for a derby versus Northern Tigers.
The struggling home side will be fearful after Manly scored 12 goals last weekend at home against Blacktown Spartans.
United striker Remy Siemsen, who has scored 21 goals this year, is eyeing off the golden boot.
She is currently four goals clear of Illawarra Stingrays veteran Michelle Carney.
“It (golden boot) was something I wanted to achieve when I mapped out my goals for the season,” Siemsen said.
“I’ve got my teammates to thank, they give me great service every game.”
Manly will be backing up from Thursday night’s catch up game versus Sydney University.
Kick-off on Sunday is 3pm.
